Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using spybrand (the "Service") operated by spybrand ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
spybrand provides AI-powered marketing analysis, competitive intelligence, and digital analytics tools for businesses. The Service includes:
spybrand offers subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) billed monthly in GBP. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Due to the digital nature of AI-generated content, no refunds will be issued once a report has been generated. By initiating report generation you acknowledge that the service has been fully delivered and waive any right to a refund for that report or the associated subscription period.
Refunds for subscription charges where no reports have been generated may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 14 days of the charge. If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us within 14 days.

Reports generated by the Service are licensed to you for internal business use. We retain ownership of the Service, its underlying technology, and all associated intellectual property. You retain ownership of any data you provide to generate reports.
All features of the Service — including marketing reports, AI Assistant responses, YouTube Analyser insights, and AI Agent outputs — are generated using AI models and publicly available data. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional marketing, legal, financial, or investment advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
AI Accuracy Notice: Our content is generated by artificial intelligence models. While we strive to provide high-quality, accurate analysis, AI systems can sometimes produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information. AI-generated content may contain errors in facts, statistics, competitor assessments, or strategic recommendations. All AI-generated outputs should be treated as a starting point for your own research and decision-making — not as definitive or guaranteed advice. We strongly recommend verifying any key figures or recommendations with independent sources before acting upon them. spybrand shall not be held responsible for any business decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated content.
Third-Party Data Notice: The YouTube Analyser feature retrieves data from the YouTube Data API v3. This data is sourced from Google LLC and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and privacy policies. We do not control the accuracy, availability, or completeness of third-party data. Service interruptions caused by third-party API quota limits, outages, or policy changes are outside our control and do not entitle you to a refund or service credit.
AI Agents (Beta): AI Agents are provided in a development/beta capacity. Automated outputs may contain errors or act on incomplete data. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI Agent-generated content before acting upon it. spybrand accepts no liability for actions taken as a result of automated agent activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, spybrand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and applicable data protection law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may close your account at any time from Settings; this will cancel any active subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
